Flowchart: Defend yourself against witchcraft accusations
I get accused of witchcraft all the time, so naturally this flowchart by Lapham's Quarterly was of interest. Malleus Maleficarum is an actual thing, by Heinrich Kramer and Jacob Sprenger, that was written to be the official authority to prove the non-existence of witchcraft.

Wow, . . . all you need to do is substitute: “Terrorism” for “Witchcraft” ; and “Sent to GItmo” for “Excommunicated” and it suddenly becomes relevant all over again. Complete with a Scarlet (National Security) Letter, it’s like 350 years has just vanished overnight.
Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose.
You’ve got the info backwards a little: Malleus Maleficarum was intended to refute claims that withcraft didn’t exist and discredit the people who didn’t believe in it.
