  you laugh about it…we post those in the bathrooms at summer camps and the naitonal jamborees….very needed and really helps combat dehydration isssues.

  Perceived color is related to cross-sectional thickness – better distribute standardized viewing containers with that chart… :)

  This is dumb. I take a daily multivitamin, so my urine is usually fluorescent yellow no matter what. Aside from that, it seems I’m “well hydrated”.

    Actually you have to much to drink your urine is diluted, don’t drive find a designated driver

  On Scouting backpacking trips we were told that urine should be “clear and copious.” Definitely agree with Damon here. And talking about urine with a bunch of young teen boys can be quite the joke!

  I’m confused. The chart goes from optimal to well hydrated to de hydrated to get help.
  My questions is what’s optimal then? Very well hydrated?

  My mum always tells me to drink more water, I have a personal bottle in the kitchen fridge which she will take it to me. Hugs mum
