  The video worked for me (I’m in the UK) Really funny video and really informative. I have recently got tracking on my site and the things you can do are incredible. I must admit I am very much an amateur as i’m still getting to grips with analytics. I am definitely going to seek the help of a Google analytics consultant until I know for sure what i’m doing. Predictive analytics is amazing and really clever. I think it is something that I will definitely look into within my company.
