		<description>The idea has been around; NASA installed one as an experiment on the Houston (Clear Lake) campus in the eighties. There seems to be a revival of trying to find ways to reuse blackwater and graywater in homes and businesses. One concern though that we are not addressing is that such systems are illegal in many states west of the Mississippi, because of Water Rights legislation.
