		<description>this is good, but I wish they would show the percentage comparision between regions as well. i.e. how much weed is consumed in one region compared to another region (I mean, here we are assuming that all the regions are consuming equal amount of drugs).</description>

The trippy drug vibe is maybe too cute, but good for a chuckle. And isn&#039;t this the kind of data that stacked bar chars were made for?</description>
