		<description>Another reason for concealed carry laws in the freedom hating NYC...yes even for responsible foreign nationals such as Mr. Yu.  To Mr. Yu&#039;s family I would like to offer an apology.  I am sorry that the very worst of our society took the life of one of the most promising of your society and your family.</description>
